Spring is here, and it’s time to review your New Year’s resolutions at the quarter-year mark. How are you doing on them? Make a list of what you had hoped to accomplish at this point in your year. Then decide if those goals are still relevant and realistic right now. If so, have you achieved them? If not, set yourself some baby steps to get back on the road. For example, if you resolved to be more active this year but ended up hibernating because of the terrible weather, use the start of spring as a time to take advantage of the longer afternoon daylight to take a ten minute walk after work. And remember, you have not failed until you quit, so never give up!
